I don’t know of an aftermaket changer (other then the FM-RF types).
These will work with any radio, but don’t offer the range and
performance of the factory changer. The car is pre-wired for the
factory changer. You might try looking for one from a damaged or
totaled Q. I believe 94, 95 and 96 are the same changers.

There is an adapter available that will allow you to use any
aftermarket CD changer with the factory Bose system.

I have a ’94 Q and factory player is a Sony 10 disk player attached to the
Bose system. I wouldn’t think it would be a big deal to put a Sony player
in your Q…
